Visited here on the weekend and had some wonderfully honest service. Staff more than happy to admit that they didn't know as much as their colleagues and I was better off waiting for them, or recommending other areas of research before making purchases. Happy with the products I left with too.

Alex super helpful with exchanging a power inverter for me this afternoon. Swapped me over to a more expensive model for the same price not a problem. Don’t get this kind of excellent service too often. Always a regular Jaycar customer but these simple kind gestures go a long way.

We have just left the ephedra store where Jack gave the best service. He listened to what we were trying to achieve, looked at my example photo and then determined that they didn’t stock a product suitable to our needs.
